Agenda

1. Going through requirements page.
2. Discussing which section should we revise and add on the requirements page according to our TA's feedback.
3. Going through mockups to ensure that there is no issue.
4. Analyzing diagrams from previous years' repos and discussing about these diagrams.
5. Assigning tasks for the week.

Discussion

1. We went over the requirements and discussed about improper parts and definitions that our TA was indicated. It was decided that the parts that should be revised was issued to whom was made previous weeks. These can be seen from Meeting #2 notes from here.

2. The parts that were not covered in our requirements page were also discussed and issued to some group members.

3. After these discussions, it was asked that what should we focus on this week other than feedbacks to our instructor from Slack. According to the answer from our instructor, we decided to start working on diagrams from this week.

4. Previous years' repos were analyzed to understand the concept of the diagrams. It was discussed that which diagrams have more priority and which diagrams are depending each other. From these discussions, it was decided that use case and class diagrams should be started to be done. Sequence diagram was left to next week because it was considered it has strict connection to the other diagrams.

5. It was discussed that issues of the diagrams shouldn't open during this week. The workflow of the diagrams for this week can be observed from our discord channel under the "grup-çalışması". This was decided because for this week, it was not officially assigned task for the groups. This work can be considered as pre-study as well.

6. Tasks were distributed evenly. Reviewers for the tasks were decided. It was also decided that for updating requirements, we won't open any new issue. Other than that, we will re-open the issues that were related to corresponding requirements and continue from these issues.
