1. Revision of the Requirements, Mockups, and Diagrams
2. Determining Customer Meeting Questions.
3. Coming up with a project plan for this semester.
4. Updating the wiki for the upcoming semester.
5. Determining team members for backend, frontend, and mobile teams.

Discussion

1. Determined a method for reviewing last semesters deliverables: Issues for reviewing deliverables will be opened and discussion about this topic should continue under their specific issue. For now we have 3 issues for requirements, mockups, and diagrams respectively.
2. While revising the last semesters deliverables, everyone will come up with customer questions and Egemen will organize and document them in our wiki.
3. We came up with a rough project plan for the upcoming weeks. We will revise last semesters deliverables and kickstart development with sign-up/ login features. Meanwhile a meta project plan for milestone 1 will be prepared and it will get detailed as we issue tasks.
4. Communication plan, wiki homepage, wiki sidebar, and repo readme will be updated. For assignees please check action items.
5. To assign group members to developer teams, everyone will state their 2 preferred teams as first and second choice, then, we will randomly assign people to one of their preferences.
