1. Brad opens the website home page and clicks the Articles button on the top.

4. Brad examines the articles that appear and clicks on one.
5. Brad finds and opens an article that is related to his issue.
6. Brad reads the details of the harms of smoking and how to quit it.
7. Brad gets knowledge about his issue and rates the article.
