known bug and problem. Needed to be fixed.

Fixed 2012-06-14 Alban Settings Plugin: checks dependencies for inactivation is OK but not for activation.
Fixed 2012-06-13 Alban Account Page: some JS problems with key management (rename, delete).
Upload: Some photo are badly uploaded, uploaded photo size is incorrect.

Done 2012-06-13 Alban: Auth plugin configuration. (auth lifetime).

Done 2012-06-14 Alban: Auth plugin should secure access to settings page. (admin does not directly checks user agreements because admin may still working in case of auth plugin is inactive)

Extract a upload plugin from photo plugin. (Permit different usage like video upload for a video plugin).
