The following changes are included in this release:

Fix issues with Specialized Skills (#3040)

In previous versions of ACE, there was an error in how we calculated the skill credit cap for specialized skills. The cap has always been 70 skill credits spent in specialization, however we were originally only counting the "upgrade" cost. The limit includes both the cost of training and specialization, so some characters will need to have their specialized skills reset. Additionally, we incorrectly removed the +10 bonus to skills specialized with Augmentation gems. The bonus has been restored. These issues have been fixed for new characters going forward, but once again must be fixed for existing characters.

In order to fix existing characters, you must run verify-player-data command.
The command only commits changes if you add fix to the end, verify-player-data fix.

You should run this command with the server closed to players, and ideally run stop-now after the command completes and then restart ACE, to make sure the database changes were committed.
On large servers you'll see the queue will be pretty high as the server shuts down, but it will safely process those changes before exiting, if you used the above commands.

As always, we recommend taking a backup before running these commands in case an issue arises.

The following changes are included in this release:

Fix issue with character creation skills bonuses (#2973)

Previously in ACE all trained skills were +5 higher than retail, and skills specialized via Augmentation gems were +10 higher. This has been corrected for new character going forward and in addition to that they gain a "bonus" of 526 xp in to each skill trained at character creation only. Aug gems will no longer give +10 bonus. All of this is conforming to retail data and pcap verified.
