• Modifications
  • When building pipeline, change input URL before submitting to job as:
    • Old (Drag): https://data.sciapps.org/results/job-7380106142379404825-242ac113-0001-007-job-for-converttraitid-0-0-0/tnrs.txt
    • New: agave://sciapps.org/maizecode/job-7380106142379404825-242ac113-0001-007-job-for-converttraitid-0-0-0/tnrs.txt
    • No longer need pipelining idea since this is simpler to adopt and data will be kept local
    • Need to fix code for building pipelines/workflows, currently they show up as separate steps
  • Uploading
    • Need to fix the Agave_archiving branch for the production site
      • Make it work and don't create folder if user is not uploading
    • For community version, remove it
      • This makes it easy to port to Atmosphere
      • Long term, we will remove it from all versions
  • Check job status three times
    • Change intervals from 3 minutes to 1 minute
  • Community version
    • Continue working on authorization
  • Completed
    • Mount example_data to brie, brebiou, and halcott
    • Fix h5ai hidden folder
