Completed
- Handled inconsistency checking between Webhook and Agave job status
- When building pipeline, changed input URL in the backend to adopt the pipelining idea
- Uploading: fixed the Agave_archiving branch for the production site
  - Make it work and don't create folder if user is not uploading
- Check job status three times
  - Changed intervals from 3 minutes to 1 minute
- Fixed bug that restores input URL to original
- Verified workflow building with user data is reproducible
