To help us understand what a Rollup is, we're going to run through an example of a GeoEntity rollup.
In this example, the user has selected District as the GeoEntity level for which they would like to display the data. The system does a RECURSIVE query across the lower universal levels, summing the data of the immediately lower universal to fill in the data of the upper level. For example, if there is recorded data in both zone and village, the village data is ignored and the zone data is summed to fill in the district column. For EPI week 2, since there is no data in zone the column is filled with the sum of the village data.
