Having the manual portapps Brave updating instructions in the README keeps them from getting lost in the "Issues" section. Please see portapps#134 (comment) for details and contributors to the wording.

Does this still work? When I open or extract it with winrar, the only contained file is setup.exe, and it wont let me open that with winrar. |
