  • enhance: compact tool catalog cards
  • enhance: open larger electron window if supported by display dimensions
  • enhance: move descriptions and tags to tooltips, tighten cards gaps, and make text smaller to conserve space

Make the cards in the tool catalog modal more compact by shrinking the
text and bounding the maximum grid column size.

Added some more tweaks based on discussions with @cjellick and @will-chan. Conflicts are now resolved, so should be g2g.
