- enhance: compact tool catalog cards
- enhance: open larger electron window if supported by display dimensions
- enhance: move descriptions and tags to tooltips, tighten cards gaps, and make text smaller to conserve space

Added some more tweaks based on discussions with @cjellick and @will-chan. Conflicts are now resolved, so should be g2g. |
