  • The same image cannot be submitted twice, either within a single organisation or across multiple organisations (can we detect and remove? Or would this be done manually?)
  • The name of the artist must be removed from the image before it is displayed (applies to pending and complete drawings) - this cannot be done automatically so may form part of guide to users OR can be added to administrator role
  • All submitted drawings must have a status - either pending or complete
  • Accepted file formats for upload are: jpg/jpeg, png, tiff, gif, bmp, pdf
  • All accepted file formats will be converted to large jpg format on upload and trimmed
  • Drawings will not automatically be saved after upload if the submission is abandoned. A drawing will only be saved if the drawing form is submitted.
  • Pending and completed drawings should remain visible to all users even when the contributing user is inactive. In this case, we will not reveal any details about the contributing user and will display the words "Deleted User" in place of their username/email.
  • A user can save a drawing's status as ‘pending’ if it includes the following data (as a minimum):
  • image of drawing
  • A user can save a drawing's status as ‘complete’ if it includes the following data (as a minimum):
  • image of drawing
  • description of drawing
  • subject matter e.g. stage of journey
  • mood rating
  • country drawing was created in
