@sabiwara yeah, a MIX_NO_COMPILE would be better, and we note that it never compiles, not even to find tasks or dependencies. |

@josevalim I'm a bit second guessing the approach, would a
NEVER_COMPILEenv var have been better?Hadn't added tests yet, the relocation case wasn't tested. I should probably add cases for both?
