This manual assume the user has a basic knowledge in using web app.

##Chapter 1 : Introducing our software Our web app was created in order to concentrate information about different students from difference schools and scheduling their help lessons in the right time with the right tutor.The tutor also has an easy and comfortable way to insert their hours of volunteering.

##Chapter 2 : Key Features

• Web app - Internet environment.
• OS - Windows,Linux,OSX.

##Chapter 3 : Getting Started There are 4 types of login: student ,tutor, coordinator and a manager. Each user gets a name and a password from the system. The user types in username password and to fill a check box with whether it is student ,tutor, coordinator or a manager. For each user there will be open different screen.

Chapter 4 : System Administration and bugs

• In case of a bug you may report to the mail: [email protected].
• In case of unable to login: press try again or change password.
