What, someone's overwritten toplevel -- erasing the connection between the psu toggle switch and psu. Oh well.

Huh, why did that go into the toplevel anyway? The toggle switch could just be a schematic component inside the psu schematic.

What does the "recommended land pattern" in the datasheet mean? Google didn't provide much help. It's got something to do with the footprint, but I can't say if it's the recommended pad layout/dimensions or not.
