Updating the component list.
Replaced the through-hole crystal we had selected with an SMD one.
Replaced the toggle switch with another one that was in stock and SMD. Need to update the switch-footprints.pcblib.
Had to replace the 64.9R resistor with a 1206 one because it wasn't in stock.
electrolyte capacitors only let current run through them in one direction. That is how the 10uF capacitor we are getting for the PSU has to do.
Update the PSU schematic with the new resistors.
