- 2.1. Connect with team and meet
- 2.2. Determine daily, weekly, monthly communication routines
- 2.3. Discuss tools that facilitates team-working like Slack, Trello, Google Groups
- 2.4. Organize issue and label formats
- 2.5. Discuss the learn curve of git & github ecosystem
- 2.6. Discuss the contribution (consistency) rules needed to manage a coherent repository
- 3.1. Weekly face-to-face meetings will be held on Monday 15:00. Timeslot is picked according to everyone's availability.
- 3.2. Trello won't be beneficial addition on top of Github's issue system. Slack will be beneficial for organized communication & document sharing.
- 3.3. According to Github's official document on README.md and our repository needs, README.md should include sections such as Project Name, Description, Contributing, Credits.

3.4. According to guides online and our favorite repositories,
<Label Header>:<Label Name>format for labels (tags) chosen with a base set of labels. Additional labels might be added according to our projects' needs. -
3.5. Consideration of consistency and coherence among repository opened questions related with:
- 3.5.1. Issue, documentation, commit formats
- 3.5.2. Wiki design
- 3.5.3. Coding style
- 3.5.4. Code review
- 3.5.5. Folder scaffolding
- 3.5.6. Workflow of Git
- 3.6. Issue & documentation formatting and Wiki require further research. Karma commit message styling is adopted. Its too early to decide on the additional items listed given that project contents are not settled.
- 3.7. Collaboration and communication for repository search & git learning are stressed. Documentation on repositories selected and git learning materials will be accumulated on wiki page.
