Setting Up Your Workspace with ACES
First, click on the drop-down menu on the top left and click on “Workspaces”. Then, click on the + symbol next to “WORKSPACES” in the top right.
Fill out the name and select the billing project that is selected to your GCP billing account. You can enter in a description if you would like and you can leave the "Authorization domain" blank
To download our .wdl file, go to “WORKFLOWS” tab in your Workspace and click on “Find a Workflow” and then go to “Dockstore”.
Search for ACES in the "Search" near the top left of website and choose WDL for the language. Click on the one search hit that comes up.
From here, click on the Terra option under "Launch with"
Select the workspace that you created under the "Destination Workspace" drop-down menu and hit "IMPORT".
You're all set! You'll then be greeted with the data input screen where you can point fill in all of the data for the config, save and hit "RUN ANALYSIS".
