How to sign up for work

The signup page, which normally opens Monday morning, allows employees to express interest in working a show that upcoming week. It's worth reminding that signing up for a show does not mean you've been staffed.

Accessing the Sign Up Page

The sign up page is available in your notification center. If you cannot see the signup page it means that signup is not currently open. The signup notification looks like this: image

Using the page

When you load the page you'll see all of the shows that are booked for the upcoming week. Each show will be in it's own card. The card contains basic info about the show, like load in; start; and load out times, location, and any show notes.

Open Position types

Underneath the information you'll find the available positions for the show. All of your updates are stored immediately, so no need to submit, just click! There are three types of open position:

Available

These positions (gray button) are available for you to sign up for. This includes tests, if you are ineligible for the position, but can test for it, you'll see "X (Test)" in the button. Just click the button to sign up.

Signed up

These are positions for which you have already expressed interest, they are marked with a green pastel button.

Ineligible

If you can't work any position at this show, we'll let you know with a little warning as well as what positions are working (as a little incentive to test up)
