Recurse through sub-folders of the source. Also combine options in to a single command. Allows you to use -gravity for example

mini_magick:
  thumbnail:
    source: "images"
    destination: "images/_thumb"
    resize: "100x100^"
    gravity: "center"
    extent: "100x100"
