Integrate into PowerToys.sln (#140)

## Summary of the Pull Request
 - integrate all projects into PowerToys.sln
 - remove all other .sln files
 - remove unneeded files IMO (LET ME KNOW IF SOME OF THOES FILES ARE ACTUALLY NEEDED!)
