All it does is load cogs in a different script We will need this for our VPS since we are gonna make the updater which will automatically update out cogs. the script gonna get long....

Requirements was oddly outdated and the app_commands libary was outdated to like 3 years ago for some reason. Make sure to update your packages from requirements.
