TODO: - added just the mechanism at the moment, but they're not being populated yet - actual changes required by this ticket, prevent validation fail on certain attributes Another changes and random fixes that happened along the way: - Cset upload now in atomic transaction block (on fail, the db won't be polluted with partial data) - docker-compose.celery.yml now actually works
