The timeout command has incompatible changes on webOS 7+. It's too annoying to work around, so switch to luna-send's builtin timeout mechanism.

Tested this on (rooted) webOS 1, 4.0, 4.5, 6, and 8. |

The BusyBox
timeoutcommand's arguments changed starting in webOS 7. It's too annoying to work around, so switch toluna-send-pub's builtin timeout mechanism.Tested on webOS 6.3.2 and 8.1.0.
