This R-code describes the allele bin ranges for 11 microsatellite loci used to genotype white-tailed deer from the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States of America. We provide this code in order to facilitate direct comparisons between our study and others.

Four genotypes are provided as an example of how raw allele scores are coded and how input files are formatted.
