Attenuator: Bi-stable relay pulse enlarged to 5ms;
Button: debounce decreased to 30ms;
Rotary encoder: decreased update time to 10ms
Backlight: added HSV conversion macros; added animations
Fonts: updated 'speaker' symbol;
Display: added 'mode', added methods to draw pixels;
IR: added for test purpose;
General: initial volume set to 10; 'dots animation' when powering on
