schemadiff: additional FK column type matching rules

Description

Adding a couple FK rules for column type matching (child table column matching a parent table column), compatible with MySQL. Specific to textual columns:

• A VARCHAR parent can work with a CHAR child.
• A CHAR parent cannot work with a VARCHAR child.
• Collation must be identical.
