Closes #727

Description:

The navbar of feature section on the website is experiencing an issue where the content is overlaying it, making it difficult for users to navigate. Additionally, there is unnecessary code written above the navbar, which contributes to the clutter and disrupts the layout. This needs to be addressed to ensure the navbar is fully visible and functional.
