Thanks. I'm going to update the deps and cut a new release in the next week or so. |

@tavisrudd Do we have an ETA on the release? I ran into this bug a few times today, and testing iidy compiled from current master (at the top of our pipeline dockerfile) seems to have completely fixed the issue. |

This PR allows successful completion of commands with status
UPDATE_COMPLETE_CLEANUP_IN_PROGRESS, which is coming up in eu-central-1 and causing iidy to fail builds.
