Update last_it file

I'll just copy and paste the comment I made in the closed pull request, since I don't know if notifications are still on when a pull request is closed. I apologize for the mishap.

Just want to point out that the "last_it" file in the "Current" folder should be updated, otherwhise our new chapter won't be accessible.

And another thing, in our section in the Project site's Umineko multilingua page needs to be updated, both in the "Announcement translation" paragraph (a simple change from "starting with Episode 1 – Legend of the Golden Witch!" to "now up to Episode 2 – Turn of the Golden Witch!" should be more than sufficient), and in the link to our group's site, which is now this, https://majotachinosub.com/visual-novel/umineko.html, instead of the old one.
