Added Storybook to Tauri App and Input Component

This PR has various changes, however some how doesn't close any issue 🤷.

Here is a list of the changes:

• Added the input component.
• Added the beginning of the Wizard component, but not yet complete.
• Added support for running Storybook in Tauri.
• Added a command to format all rust projects. npm run fmt
• Various Bug fixes.

looks good. I'm excited to explore more with storybook. Thanks for hooking up the initial implementation on git pages and locally in Tauri. That's going to be a big lift devs on both sides of the fence.
