Fan within TUXEDO Aura 15 - Gen1 has been observed not spinning at speeds from 1 to 15 % inclusive.
Fan starts jerking from 11 to 15 %, creating an audible clicking noise, but will not start spinning until 16 %.
CPU Fan Tables must be altered to start fans spinning at 16 % minimum. Fan will not budge until it has been supplied with a suitable Voltage/ PWM signal which overcomes mechanical frictional losses.

Audio sample of clicking noise at 15 % fan speed;
Clip 1.ogg.tar.gz
Fan was observed not spinning and jerking slightly, creating a rather annoying and distracting clicking noise.
At the end of the clip fan suddenly starts spinning as fan speed increases to 20 %.
