For issue #35

I am not familiar with this approach to hyperlinks in markdown. They're all at the bottom instead of inline.
I normally do them like [this](example.com).

One of the links I added does already exist in the link at the bottom, but I added a duplicate, because I wanted different display text.

Thanks for the PR, but unfortunately we can't accept this PR right now. The new CCLA process only works for gerrit.tungsten.io, but as none of the repos exist there yet we can't use the new process and must continue using the old one.

The old one, unfortunately, is poorly defined. That's being resolved and documented in this Jira ticket.

The work to document the new CCLA process is happening (or will happen) in this other Jira ticket.

must continue using the old one.

The old process doesn't work.

The instructions and that jira ticket both say to send the signed doc to [email protected]. However if I send an email there, I get a bounce-back because that's an invalid email address.

Yes, we're aware of that and are working on it in this Jira ticket and discussing it on a mailing list thread.
