TrafficMonitor
Display traffic per Activity.Observing traffic is used by TrafficStats
API.
OkHttp Interceptor observer is implementing.
Use TrafficMonitor.snap
to dump traffic from before execute to logcat.

If you want support Android O,you can use WindowManager.LayoutParams.TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY flag.
observe not per Activity, use TrafficMonitor.snap
