⚡️ BUG FIXES, STABILITY, BETTER BENCHMARK TEST, BETTER MESSAGES

  • gpu device list checks on start
  • graceful shutdown on CUDA errors
  • boost factor test improvements - more accurate and safer results, limit values for amd gpus, fix start on gpu_id > 0
  • re-arrange output (found, new params) - -v 2 outputs all necessary info to reduce logs
  • new hashrate readings - instant and average; instant hashrate is usable for fine-tuning gpu
  • "Mhash/s" scale instead of scientific scale for hashrates
  • fix "gpu_id>=0 and gpu_id<=15" error
  • fancy output colors on linux
  • checks for system time sync
  • lite-client returned to linux pre-build package

NB: Windows 10 supports ANSI colors since v1511. For earlier versions of Windows installing ANSICON will enable ANSI colors in cmd.exe.
