This version streamlines the headsup state, so it is set after each button press.

Connect the pico via usb and copy over the uf2 file to the pico (Please disconnect the 3v3 / sleep pin). If you have already a firmware installed on the pico, you'll need to hold the bootsel button when powering on the pico.
