Changed the layout a bit:

  • use two lines for prefix and paddednumber
  • add quiet zone to QR-code

With this change there is more (1mm) margin (for error). Also the QR-code is a bit more centered horizontally so the rounded corners will not interfere with the QR-code.

The printed QR-code is a bit smaller, but did scan properly. For even more relaxed printing and scanning I suggest using Herma 4211 labels (25.4x16.9mm)

accomodate printer misalignment. Print prefix and number on seperate
lines for more whitespace around the QR-code.
