EchoMarker is a graphical program for preparation of crystal plates for compound soaking with an Echo liquid acoustic dispenser at the XChem fragment screening facility (Diamond Light Source). It takes crystalization drop images in png format as input and writes a CSV output file that can be read by SoakDB.
