Change: To avoid the need to recompile the datasets when the elements properties are updated, call the Elements class from the methods dedicated to periodic properties in SpeciesData class.

We want to avoid having to recompile the datasets when changes/updates are made to the periodic properties in the elements_data.csv file (see comments from issue #98).
This PR modifies the methods in the SpeciesData class related to properties in elements_data.csv, so they now directly call the Elements class from the periodic module.
