Some examples.

A/5: create -ar 5

creates an AR5 edit of the map when Alt + A + 5 is pressed

s + H: create -r 1.33

creates a 1.33x sped up edit of map when Alt + Shift + H is pressed

s + I: creatediffs -i x4m -spinner -next

creates diffs every 4 * meter measures (16 for 4/4, 12 for 3/4 etc.), adds spinners in front for combo, and ends the diff at the next diff when Alt + Shift + I is pressed

c + 0: createmaps -g -cs 0

creates maps from list with the global options with CS overrided to 0 when Alt + Control + 0 is pressed
