This should fix the crashes from issue #2 and also adds the dll from issue #1. I was a bit lazy when it came to the merge conflicts (e.g. excess usings) between my patched version based off the original copy from Brian Dewey / the msdn blog mostly because git believes a number of the utf-16 files are binary and while kdiff3 could properly diff them the changes were very minor. I left some other sample code commented out near the onenote page creation for future reference.
