Description

This pull request adds a GitHub Action for Pre-Commit Checks. It includes a new workflow file, .github/workflows/pre_commit.yml, which sets up a job to run pre-commit checks on pull requests.

Summary

• Added a new workflow file, .github/workflows/pre_commit.yml, for pre-commit checks.
• Configured the workflow to run on pull requests.
• Set up the job to run on the latest Ubuntu environment.
• Added steps to checkout the repository, set up Python 3.10, install Poetry, and install dependencies.
• Cached the pre-commit post-installation image for faster subsequent runs.
• Added a step to run pre-commit on changed files using the git diff command.
