What does this PR do?

Hello I have added the dynamic search feature in housing route
The houses are dynamically filtered based on title when user starts typing in search box

Fixes #398

The "About Us" page does not match the website theme. Please update it to follow the design of the "Terms" page.
Additionally, all informational pages, such as Privacy Policy, Contact, and FAQ, have a bug in dark mode that causes the text to be invisible
you can also choose any issue from the previous issues or closed issues due to inactivity
