When installing, I prefer to have the steps for my platform together, instead of having the steps grouped by dependencies and in each one, "on mac, do this, on debian, do that"

When installing, I prefer to have the steps for my platform together, instead of having the steps grouped by dependencies and in each one, "on mac, do this; on debian, do that". Also allows for copy-pasting.
I see no advantage of how it was until now, as there's no explanation of why each dependency is needed. This can be added at the "generic" list I added. It could read "summary", for example.
I wish I'm also correcting some confunsion:
brew bundlean alternative to install everything or just an optional step of many more?
