Large update to the blueprint front end. Converted everything to Typescript, and cloned some patterns used in home-cloud web-server. Redux was removed and now
ConnectQueryis the query library that is being used to fetch data from the server. It's generated with the protobufs so it's a natural replacement for the original pattern used with redux.
