Hey there, my name is Martin and I am the founder and main contributor of the @LibreSolar project.

I'm passionate about open source and want to establish it not only for software, but also for hardware.

Libre Solar is the starting point to develop fully open source products for most essential needs. I am currently working on solar charge controllers (MPPT/PWM), battery management systems and communication devices and protocols. For the future, also power electronics for larger systems (e.g. inverters) are planned.

If you support me, you will allow me to continue the work on open source renewable energy and help to provide energy access to people living off the grid, especially in the global south.
