Bump ejs and @size-limit/preset-big-lib in /src/userbase-sql.js

Removes [ejs](https://github.com/mde/ejs). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@size-limit/preset-big-lib](https://github.com/ai/size-limit). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `ejs`

Updates `@size-limit/preset-big-lib` from 2.2.4 to 8.1.0
