Since ignoredeadlinks in vitepress will check the internal .md links / files - we still need to check external links. To achieve this we can use GitHub - lycheeverse/lychee: ⚡ Fast, async, stream-based link checker written in Rust. Finds broken URLs and mail addresses inside Markdown, HTML, reStructuredText, websites and more!
