SQL Server focused "v1"

As requested by one of my users, I'm making this custom version of the SQL connector available here.

PostgreSQL focused "v1"

Still receiving some issues with regards to datetime operators, however this does have some support for them in a limited capacity.

Thanks to Hiroshi Inoue, I'm including this pre-release version of the PostgreSQL ODBC driver as required for best experience at this time.
