  • Added CLI + README for CLI

    • CLI wraps calls to match the MAO expected output structure
    • CLI takes care of some pre- and post-execution steps to better fit the MAO use-case

  • Separated Assessment and Acquirement of data

  • Open Point: currently the CLI option all does not execute the github-contents function as the current API rate is 65 seconds

    • it should be discussed if this can be reduced in order to allow for an overall faster execution of the tool
