Develop a solution using the Solana Agent Kit that enables a user to instruct the agent to execute a blockchain transaction through natural language commands.

This PR adds the following changes:

• initalize a vite app for the solana gpt wallet

Implementation Details

• solana devnet wallet reutrn the list of token in it.

Limitations

• The wallet is currently linited to sol and usdc
• rate limit from binance api might affect the total balance in the wallet.
